CyTOF™
is a high performance mass cytometer based on a novel elemental
mass-spectrometry detection technology with multiple independent
detection channels. The instrument combines a cell introduction system,
operating at up to 1000 individual cells per second, with an elemental
mass spectrometer (ICP-MS) detector that quantifies the MAXPAR™
reagent tags. The instrument data system recognizes single whole cell
events and reports multi-parameter signatures for each cell. The data
is formatted to be compatible with third party flow cytometry analysis
software.

The
series of MAXPAR™ antibody
labeling kits is now available. Each kit contains polymer, tag isotope,
buffers, washes and instructions. The 1X kit is sufficient to label 100
µg of customer-supplied antibody; the 10X kit is sufficient
to label
1,000 µg of customer-supplied antibody. Each kit includes the
enriched
stable isotope tag indicated, and the tag isotopes are interchangeable.
These kits are designed for labeling reduced disulfides in the Fc
fragment of the antibody, through a bismaleimide linker. Please contact

The
series of MAXPAR™ DNA
intercalating kits is now available. Each kit contains metal-containing
intercalator, buffers, washes and instructions. The 1X kit is
sufficient to label 800 Million cells (e.g., 800 sample assays of 1
Million cells/sample); the 5X kit is sufficient to label 4 Billion
cells (e.g., 4,000 sample assays of 1 Millions cells/sample). The kits
are available with naturally-abundant Iridium, enriched 191Ir
or
enriched 193Ir. The enriched intercalators are
ideal for discrimination
of live/dead cells; the naturally-abundant intercalator is useful for
quantifying DNA of permeabilized or lysed cells.
